2002 Sentra SE-R XE
The Sentra SE-R name may sound familiar. After all, it was part of our family in the early '90s when it was regularly compared to the BMW 2002 and Datsun 510. Now it's back, with a vengeance.
The original Sentra SE-R had a cult following among enthusiasts, critics and the amateur motorsports crowd, who all believed this spirited sports sedan was better than it had to be. We believe you'll
feel the same once you put the most powerful SE-R yet through its paces. Just look at some of the preliminary details:
SE-R Spec V: 180-hp 2.5-liter 16-valve DOHC 4-cylinder engine, 6-speed manual transmission, helical limited-slip front differential and special sport bucket seats
SE-R: 170-hp 2.5-liter 16-valve DOHC 4-cylinder engine and 5-speed manual transmission (4-speed automatic transmission also available)
